Question 1

How do I schedule a tour of your Portsmouth office suites?

Accepted Answer

Fill out the tour form on this page or call (603) 931-4020. Tours take about 20 minutes and are offered Monday through Friday, 9 AM–4:30 PM.

Question 2

How long does a tour take?

Accepted Answer

About 20 minutes. We'll walk you through the furnished suites that are open, show you the shared conference room and Presentation & Event Room, point out the kitchen and amenities, and answer any questions about pricing, terms, and move-in.

Question 3

Where do I park when I arrive for a tour?

Accepted Answer

Park free in the open surface lot directly in front of the building at 1150 Sagamore Avenue. There are no meters, no garage tickets, and no permits needed — just pull in, choose any open visitor space, and walk to the entrance.

Question 4

What should I bring to the tour?

Accepted Answer

Just yourself and any questions you have. If you already know how many people you need to seat or what budget you're working with, bring those details so we can point you to the right suites on the spot.

Question 5

What should I expect to see on the tour?

Accepted Answer

Available furnished suites, the shared conference room and Presentation & Event Room, the kitchen, and the free on-site parking lot at 1150 Sagamore Avenue.

Question 6

Do you offer tours to brokers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cooperating brokers are welcome and a commission is offered — just note it when you request a tour.

Question 7

How soon can I move in after a tour?

Accepted Answer

Suites are furnished and turnkey, so move-in can often happen within days of signing a licensing agreement.
